No. The playable card game added in 1.0 is built for matches against in-game customers, and the developers have said there are no plans for multiplayer in the near future.

Yes, and they are purely cosmetic: they swap card art, pack and box textures for Pokemon-themed versions. Installation goes through BepInEx, so the mod has to be re-checked after every game update.

There is no built-in console or cheat code. The in-game options only let you adjust things like pack-opening speed, so anything beyond that comes from third-party trainers or mod menus.
