TCG Card Shop Simulator Roadmap: What Is Done and What Is Left
The original Early Access roadmap for TCG Card Shop Simulator, which items 1.0 completed, which the developer has never confirmed, and how to follow updates.

The roadmap was never a schedule. The developer wrote it to keep direction after Early Access launched, deliberately left dates off it, and said at the time that not every item was guaranteed.
That makes the honest answer to “what is left” a short one: the developer has confirmed some items remain, but has not named them.
The original list and where each item stands
The community pinned the Early Access roadmap in a Steam thread within days of launch. Patch 1.0’s own announcement lists which of those items were completed.
| Roadmap item | Status | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Sell old shelves | Done | Named in the 1.0 completion list |
| Customer review app | Done | Named in the 1.0 completion list |
| Customer card trading | Done | Named in the 1.0 completion list |
| Organise tournaments | Done | Named in the 1.0 completion list |
| More shop product types | Done | Named, and item count rose from 77 to 111 |
| More shelf and table types | Done | Named in the 1.0 completion list |
| Shop decoration | Done | Named, with 273 decorative objects added |
| Card grading | Done | Named in the 1.0 completion list |
| Playable TCG | Done | Named, plus the Ascension set |
| More TCG types | Partial | Ascension arrived, but the developer never marked this item complete |
| Random events | Not mentioned | Absent from the 1.0 notes and the FAQ |
| Difficulty mode | Not mentioned | Absent from the 1.0 notes and the FAQ |
What the developer actually said
Three statements cover the situation, and they come from the same pair of announcements.
First, on the missing items: the playable card game took longer and cost more effort than expected, and the remaining roadmap items will be added in future updates.
Second, on the future generally: 1.0 is a major milestone but not the end of development, and support will continue with updates, fixes and new content.
Third, on timing: the roadmap never had dates, because the developer was not sure every feature could be built.
Two things already confirmed for later
The statements above are vague, but two specific plans have surfaced since launch.
Ascension booster boxes are not in the game yet and are confirmed as coming. Shop Lot C, a third expansion area, has been described as planned without a date. A creator who toured a fully upgraded 1.0 shop raised both points on camera.
How to follow the roadmap properly
There is only one channel that publishes version numbers, dates and full change lists: the Steam announcements feed. The in-game update history links straight to it.
Official social accounts post trailers first, but a trailer is not a change list. Community threads are useful for spotting what players want and what broke, and useless for confirming what shipped.
The practical test is simple. If a feature appears in a numbered Steam announcement with a date, it is real. If it only appears in a trailer or a forum post, treat it as a hint.
Known unknowns
Nobody outside the studio knows how many roadmap items are outstanding, because the developer never republished the roadmap with checkmarks. It is also unclear whether “more TCG types” was quietly satisfied by Ascension or is still open.
The next content update has no date. Patch 1.0 shipped in September 2026 and no follow-up window has been announced.
